Poppy is a Slovakian Hound, 

she was imported from Ireland as she ended up in the care of a rescue kennels, 

Poppy is 2 years old, playful and friendly, she does have a drive to investigate and get into things, we are still working on recall and this will need to continue in her new home,

she is ok with forward cats, she can be a little bossy with other female dogs esp when toys are around, she loves her good her walks and to have cuddles,

Poppy is looking for a active home with someone who maybe wants to start agility or cannicross she is a little powerhouse of a dog, little bigger then your average beagle, longer in body, 

Slovakian hound, Slovensky Kopov or the Black forest hound,

is the national dog of Slovakia where their bloodlines are kept pure. These medium sized high drive hounds are breed to hunt  their quary often boar, they don't work as packs, they are used to track and flush the quary to the guns of the huntsman, 

these hounds have a strong voice, intelligent tenacious and fearless which will hold off the quary. 

life expectancy 12 to 15 years,weight beween 15kg and 20kg
