Hound fest and welfare fun weekend in Nantwich Cheshire. 

The weekend show the die harder out in force thanks to our show sponsors, and the supporters who came up and camped with us, it was lovely to have our houndy friends come to our show, 

the AGM was productive, and we will send the minutes out in due time, 

show raised £304 after costs and some lovely donations. 

the sundays fun show Raised £200 after costs and will be halved between Foxhound welfare and Animal lifeline uk. 

next year we are going to see if we can fit all in to one day.

Well that’s Crufts over with for another year The Kennel club asked us to organise the breed booth after many years of other people in the breed not turning up for event, I would like to say a massive that you to all the Guys who came to help us out over the four days, A massive thanks to Jill and her husband Simon for putting us up and feeding us over the long weekend, To Laura and Medyg for coming part of the gang showing those members of the public that If you are right for a Foxhound you can have one successfully as a pet.

To Allan, Ana and Ray who manned the breed rescue booth for us sponsored by Eukanuba on the Saturday we raised £77.18 from this many thanks guys,

To those who helped man booth on discover dogs, thank you to Scrappys mum and dad, their first time at event but I hope you found it interesting, To Liz and Roy, to Darren (also helped me Handle my hounds in the ring ) , to Kelly, to carol and family, to Ray and to Andrea who came from Germany to meet everyone and to help out, for myself and our hounds in need THANK YOU

a team of volunteers are walk the Yorkshire three peaks they will be doing the walk in aid of Foxhound Welfare UK,

Its 26miles long and we aim to do it under 12hours we also have a team of foxhounds that will be coming with us,

My own doghound Dawson, our two rescues Chanter and Milli and Jigsaw,

and Emma's welsh lad Archie,

Sadly due to the weather the last few fund raisen events have been poorly turned our so on the 30th of june we planned a second event closer to home we had a better turn out and managed to raise £242.79 which helped pay some of our costs last month,

current ideas in the pipe line are;

-Southern uk sponsered dog walk, email for more details looking on 5 miles,

-Christmas cards

-next years calenders

-a kissing booth

a stall at Tynemouth Market

-stall outside Pets at home,

OUR FIRST FOXHOUND FUNDAY WAS A GREAT SUCCESS,

ON THE 15TH OCT WE HELD A FUNDAY TO RAISE MUCH NEEDED FUNDS FOR OUR EVER GROWING NUMBER OF HOUNDS IN NEED,

THE WEATHER WAS AMAZING FOR TIME OF YEAR, GREYHOUND GAP CAME OUT IN FORCE TO SUPPORT US MANY THANKS TO LISA AND GANG,

A MASSIVE THANKS YOU TO MY JUDGES, DAVID GORE FOR JUDGING OUR FOXHOUNDS,

EVELYN BURNSIDE FOR JUDGING MY GREYHOUND ENTRIES, AND A MASSIVE THANKS TO NANTWICH VETS GIRLS WHO CAME AND JUDGED OUR FUN DOG SHOW,

AND NOT FORGETTING THE TEAM AT DIG IT DOG CLUB FOR THE USE OF THE VENUE,

WITHALL THAT CAME AND SUPPORTED US ON THE DAY WE RAISED £395.05
